Leadership & Organizational Assessment: Developing Anti-Racist DEI & Strategic Plans

About our Course:

The number one reason DEI efforts fail is their inability to sustain healthy racial dialogue and anti-racist action.  Participants will informally assess their organization’s strategic and DEI plans with the Racially Conscious Collaboration Inventory (RCCI): Organizational Self-Assessment.  Participants in this course will learn and begin practice with the Racially Conscious Collaboration tool and six systemic frames for sustaining healthy racial dialogue and systemic action.  Participants will informally assess their organization’s strategic and DEI plans with the Racially Conscious Collaboration Inventory (RCCI): Organizational Self-Assessment.  Participants will leave with a sense of the gaps and strengths in their current plans, and what work needs to be done next to successfully engage in antiracist DEI systemic change.  ** There is no prerequisite but it is recommend to enroll in Intro to Foundations or Foundations Seminar.  Please contact us if you would like to schedule a private Foundations seminar for your…
